General terms of the AutoGoo online marketplace
1. Applicability
These terms govern the use of the AutoGoo online marketplace, operated by Edimag E-Marketing Agency, Rue de la Gare 30, CH2074 Marin-Epagnier. Any person concluding a contract with AutoGoo is designated as a customer.
2. Effective date and termination
AutoGoo may disable an account or terminate a contract within 14 days without reason. In case of misuse, AutoGoo may terminate the agreement without notice and without refund of payments made.
3. Use of marketplaces
Use may be with or without registration, but some features require an account. Users must be at least 16 years old and are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
4. Prices and payment conditions
Prices are in CHF, VAT included, and may be modified. Payment is due within 10 days of invoicing. In case of delay, AutoGoo may suspend access and charge reminder fees.
5. Information ownership
Customers acquire no rights over accessible content. Any commercial use without authorization is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property rights
All rights to content are the property of Edimag or third parties. Customers must guarantee they hold necessary rights over provided data.
7. Liability
AutoGoo does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. AutoGoo's liability is limited to cases of serious negligence or intent.
